Raw Material Storage & Seasoning
Everything starts with the wood. Our climate-controlled warehouse houses premium, FSC-certified timbers including Beech, Birch, and Pine.
Moisture Control: We use advanced kiln-drying sensors to ensure every plank is stabilized between 8% and 12% moisture content, preventing warping in diverse climates like the US or Australia.
Sustainability Traceability: Each batch is tagged with its origin to ensure 100% compliance with global environmental standards.
Precision CNC Machining Center

Hand-Sanding & Refinement Workshop
While we embrace technology, we believe the human touch is irreplaceable.
The 4-Step Sanding Process: Every toy undergoes four stages of manual sanding, moving from coarse to ultra-fine grits.
Safety First: Our craftsmen inspect every edge and corner to ensure a "silk-smooth" finish, eliminating any risk of splinters for children.
Non-Toxic Finishing & Painting Line
Our dedicated finishing room is a dust-free environment where we apply child-safe coatings.
Saliva-Resistant Paints: We exclusively use premium water-based lacquers that are EN71-3 and ASTM compliant.
UV Curing Technology: This ensures a durable, scratch-resistant finish that stays vibrant through years of play.
Assembly & Quality Assurance (QA) Station
