Our 4-Stage "Zero-Defect" Inspection Process

1. Raw Material Verification (IQC)

Quality starts with the timber. Before production begins at our No. 128 Qianjin Road facility, we verify:

  • Moisture Content Control: All wood (Beech, Birch, Pine) is kiln-dried to a moisture content of 8%-12% to prevent cracking or warping in different climates.

  • FSC Certification Check: Ensuring all lumber is sourced from sustainably managed forests.

  • Non-Toxic Testing: All paints, glues, and coatings must have valid safety data sheets (SDS) confirming they are lead-free and phthalate-free.

2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)

During the manufacturing of our Learning Towers and Baby Walkers, our inspectors monitor:

  • CNC Precision: Verifying dimensions against CAD drawings with a tolerance of ±0.1mm.

  • Hand-Sanding Excellence: Every component is inspected for splinters, burrs, or sharp edges. If it’s not smooth to the touch, it doesn’t pass.

  • Structural Integrity: Testing the strength of joinery (tenon and mortise) to ensure long-term durability.

3. Final Assembly & Physical Testing (FQC)

Once a batch is completed, we conduct "Stress Tests" simulating real-world use:

  • Load-Bearing Tests: Our Learning Towers are weight-tested to ensure stability for toddlers.

  • Small Parts Test: Using a "Small Parts Cylinder" to ensure no choking hazards exist (ASTM F963 / AS/NZS 8124 compliance).

  • Torque & Tension Tests: Ensuring all screws and attachments remain secure under pressure.

4. Pre-Shipment Inspection (OQC)

Before the containers leave for the Port of Shanghai, we perform a final AQL (Acceptable Quality Level) inspection:

  • Packaging Durability: Ensuring retail boxes and shipping cartons can withstand international transit.

  • Labeling Compliance: Verifying tracking labels, age warnings, and "Made in China" markings are correct for US/AU customs.

We maintain a close partnership with world-leading testing laboratories such as SGS, Intertek, and BV. Our products are regularly tested to fulfill:

  • USA: ASTM F963-17, CPSIA, California Prop 65.

  • Australia/NZ: AS/NZS ISO 8124.1, .2, .3.

  • Europe: EN71 Part 1, 2, 3.
